Fair Refund Policy

I want you to be confident in your subscription. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Subscription Billing

Insightfulrina operates on a monthly subscription model. All plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly on the date you subscribe.

Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your next billing date will be February 15th.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime. There's no long-term commitment or cancellation fee.

To cancel:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

What happens after you cancel: You'll retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you'll lose access to the dashboard and reports.

Example: If you cancel on January 20th and your next billing date is February 15th, you'll have access until February 15th.

3. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with Insightfulrina within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, I'll refund your first payment—no questions asked.

After 7 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days. If you cancel after this period, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.

Why? AI visibility monitoring is an ongoing service. I invest time and resources into tracking your business across AI platforms each month. Once the service has been delivered, I can't "take it back."

4. Refund Process

If you're eligible for a refund (within the first 7 days), here's how to request one:

  1. Email me at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for improving the platform)
  3. I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days

No hassle, no hoops to jump through. If you're within the 7-day window, I'll issue the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partial months: If you cancel mid-month, you won't receive a prorated refund. You'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
  • Renewal payments: If your subscription renews automatically, that payment is non-refundable (unless you request a refund within 7 days of the renewal).
  • Upgrade/downgrade differences: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-month, the difference is non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Platform Downtime: If the platform is down for more than 48 consecutive hours due to my error (not third-party issues), I'll issue a prorated credit for the downtime.

Billing Errors: If you're charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.), I'll refund the error immediately.

Extraordinary Situations: If you have an exceptional circumstance (serious illness, business closure, etc.), contact me at [email protected]. I'll review your case individually.
