By signing up for Insightfulrina, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
These terms apply to everyone who uses Insightfulrina—whether you're on the Starter, Growth, or Pro plan.
Insightfulrina is an AI visibility monitoring platform. I track how AI systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI) describe and mention your business, then provide you with reports and actionable guidance.
What I'm NOT: I'm not an SEO tool, a marketing agency, or a guarantee that AI will recommend your business. I provide visibility insights and guidance—what you do with that information is up to you.
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate business information (name, website, location) so I can monitor your AI visibility correctly.
One Account Per Business: Each subscription is for one person/business. Don't share your account with multiple people or businesses.

Subscription Plans: Insightfulrina offers three plans—Starter ($99/month), Growth ($199/month), and Pro ($299/month). All plans are billed monthly.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method each month.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails, I'll notify you by email. If payment isn't resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended.
Price Changes: I may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you don't agree to the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Insightfulrina's IP: The platform, reports, branding, and all content I create belong to Insightfulrina. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Your Data: You own your business data. I only use it to provide the service and improve the platform (as described in the Privacy Policy).
Reports: You can use the reports I generate for your own business purposes, but you can't resell them or claim them as your own work.
No Guarantees: I provide AI visibility insights, but I can't guarantee specific results. AI platforms change constantly, and I can't control how they describe or recommend businesses.
"As Is" Service: Insightfulrina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do my best to keep the platform running smoothly, but I can't guarantee 100% uptime.
Third-Party Platforms: I monitor AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), but I don't control them. Changes to those platforms may affect the data I provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insightfulrina is not liable for:
Maximum Liability: If I am found liable for any damages, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 3 months.
You Can Cancel Anytime: Cancel your subscription from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
I Can Terminate Your Account: If you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior, I may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
What Happens After Termination: Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
I may update these Terms from time to time. If I make significant changes, I'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
